Hello and thank you for making our wedding so fabulous and so special! Paul and I continue to re-live the day over and over again and we can't even believe how magical the day/weekend was. You will be highly recommended by the two of us and you will always be remembered as part of our day. We can't begin to express how amazing the barrel room and outdoor veranda looked for our wedding.

The attention to detail and the kind service that was provided was stellar. Everyone was raving about the food, the beautiful ambiance, and the friendliness of the staff. Virginia- from the first day we met you, it just clicked with us that Margan was the place to get married and you have always gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. We never doubted the quality of service we would receive, but our expectations were superseded with all that you and everyone did on the day of our wedding. Not to mention our surprise to find chocolate and wine dropped off to the honeymoon suite the night of our wedding.

"Hello Di

My partner and I have been in contact with Virginia over the last few months. We are hoping to make a booking for our wedding in 2010. I have just finished emailing Virginia but I thought I would forward an email your way regarding the fabulous experience we had at Margan over the long weekend.

We only planned to have one day in the Hunter on our way to Newcastle (what a mistake). Margan was one of two wineries that we had on our list for the day. Our only goal for the day was to try some wine and hopefully take lots home. We arrived at Margan Wines and we had one of the most fantastic experiences we have had on our many trips to the Hunter.

We were met with the very cheerful smile of Melissa who was behind the tastings counter. She was extremely helpful, cheerful and a delight to speak with. Luckily for us it was after lunch on the Monday Public Holiday, Melissa had time to show us around the Barrel Room and spent quite a lot of time speaking with us. She suggested we have a bite to eat at the restaurant which we happily decided to do. The food was fantastic. What a great way to follow on from the fabulous tastes of Margan wine. It also gave us plenty of time to peruse over the wine list and decide on what to take back home and to work.

We ended up spending about 3-4hrs at Margan and it was a great experience all round. A huge thank you to you and your staff, it was probably the highlight of our weekend. We have already highly recommended the experience to our family, friends and colleagues and we will continue to do so.

Alex and I wanted to express our sincere thanks for all your help with our wedding at Margan Family Wines on Saturday 10th May. Thanks to your professionalism and attention to detail the day was a complete success.

Thanks to you, Dee and the staff at Margan -our guests had a sensational time. They were made to feel very welcome and relaxed. So many of our guests have said to us it was wonderful being greeted by you as they arrived at Margan and shown to the ceremony area. Everyone has raved about the food and wine. Jose did a fantastic job- the food was divine...guests have said never before have they had such amazing food at a wedding...so many are keen to return to Margan...they were so impressed by the service, the food and the beautiful wine.

The day was such a wonderful and memorable occasion for Alex and I. We both had such a fun time and our family and friends loved the ceremony and reception at Margan. Thanks for everything you did seating up the ceremony area - it made for a breathtaking backdrop to a wonderful ceremony.

"Dear Lisa,

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and Andrew and all of your staff for the exceptional hospitality you showed to Dave, my parents and me over the weekend.

We were extremely impressed with the degustation dinner on Saturday
night- José's food was delicious and was well matched by the Margan wines selected by Dee-Anne. Thank you also for the complementary wines with our meal- it was most generous of you.

My family have had the pleasure of drinking Margan wines for quite a few years now, after my Dad had the good fortune to first try Margan wines at the Small Winemakers Centre in Pokolbin. We have followed the development of the Margan brand with interest, first with the opening of your Beltree cellar door and café, and more recently with the opening of your magnificent establishment at Broke. Dave and I are certainly looking forward to being married there on the 18th of October. You and Andrew have created a wonderful family atmosphere at the winery which we are looking forward to sharing with all our guests on our big day.

At every stage of the planning for our wedding so far, our dealings with Margan staff, and especially Virginia have been a pleasure. She has been invaluable to me, providing advice and contacts to organise all facets of our wedding.

Thank you again for making us feel so welcomed over the weekend. We are all already looking forward to our next visit, and in the meantime will be enjoying some Margan wines at home.
