Dear Carli, Dee-Ann and the rest of the Margan team
Margan is a sensational wedding venue. My favourite moment was as the sun went down over the Brokenback Mountains and we all moved inside to the candlelit barrel room. There was an atmosphere of joy and anticipation of a great night ahead. And even the most fastidious of us were certainly impressed. The food was outstanding, the wine divine and your service impeccable. Thank you for allowing us and our guests to relax and enjoy our reception. It was a magical evening.
Carli, while you only came on board in the last few weeks, I was so happy when you did. I really appreciated your dedication to making our day perfect and tailoring Margan's services (and the location of tables and wine barrels!) to fit to our specific requirements. So, thank you for all your assistance leading up to the big day.
Dee-Ann, without a doubt, our menu tasting lunch at Margan was our favourite pre-wedding activity. Thank you for your personal service and assisting us to choose the most delicious and different food we've ever had at a wedding.
