Hi Virginia & all Margan Staff,

Sean and I would like to thank you for organising such a memorable occasion for us, our family and friends. From the beginning of the planning process nothing has been too much trouble for you. Your friendly and helpful manner has made the wedding preparation much less stressful than I expected. Finding Margan was such a blessing for us, especially when planning a wedding that catered for our dietary requirements and remained within budget.

Many guests commented very favourably on the ambience of the venue and the quality of the food and wine provided by Margan. We are very appreciative of the efforts of Jose and his staff in preparing a completely vegetarian menu. Despite some hardcore carnivores expressing some apprehension about the vegetarian menu beforehand, many were pleasantly surprised that vegetarian cuisine could be so delicious - for that we are very grateful to Margan. The cauliflower soup served in shot glasses was a big hit!

We are also very appreciative of your efforts in accommodating our dogs in the ceremony and organising the wine tasting and tour. You and the rest of the Margan team made our wedding day a unique and memorable occasion for us and all our guests, so we thank you unreservedly for that. Could you please pass on our appreciation to all the staff who helped to make our day so special.
