"In 2007, we opened our brand new rammed earth tasting room and restaurant in the peaceful rural setting of Broke. My aim, was to create a relaxed, stylish restaurant with a focus on simple Mediterranean inspired cuisine, served to be shared. I change the menus monthly to reflect the season and source fresh produce from our local area. Our kitchen team is fronted by our talented chef Jose and the floor team is lead by Samantha. Dee-Ann is our Maitre d’.
Dine al fresco on the verandah and enjoy the expansive views of our homeblock vineyard and Brokenback Range or inside for air-conditioned comfort. Margan also caters for groups, functions and weddings in our barrel hall."
