Meet the Team

Abbey Taylor - Restaurant Trainee Supervisor            

Abbey joined the Margan team in September 2015 as a casual team member. She quickly discovered that hospitality and guest experience are her passion! As a part of her Higher School Certificate, Abbey chose to complete Hospitality studies creating a strong foundation of knowledge for her to develop.

Last year, Abbey was awarded the Hunter Culinary Association “Rising Star” award. This award recognises the recipients’ potential in the restaurant and service industry. With the scholarship, Abbey is undertaking her Diploma in Hospitality Management which she started this year. Abbey is now a full-time member of Margan Restaurant and is excited for new experiences and all things food related – especially cheese!
