Margan Family Winegrowers delivery service is provided by Fastway and we aim to deliver within 7 business days. Wines are packed in secure, padded packaging and breakages are rare.
If you are not in attendance when delivery is made a note will be left, you can then rearrange delivery by contacting Fastway and quoting your reference number. Due to product being alcoholic beverages your delivery can not be left and must be signed by a person over the age of 18.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping for members* with a minimum 12 bottles. Or shipping fee applies. *unless in WA, TAS, NT which is $20/case. Shipping fee is applied $10/min case (East Coast) & $20/min case (WA, TAS, NT).

International

Shopping from abroad. We currently do not offer international shipping but you can easily and quickly purchase Margan Family Wines via our International Distributors

Refunds & Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can choose to exchange for the full value of your original purchase or receive a full refund.

We accept returns for damaged and/or broken wine bottles. You can choose to exchange for the full value of your original purchase or receive a full refund.

You may try up to 1 bottle and still receive a full refund if you would still prefer to return your products. If you believe your wine has a specific fault we ask that you return a sample of the product tried for us to carry out the appropriate evaluation.

Returns of your purchase can be made up to 2 weeks from the purchase date. Products being collected/returned must be in the original box and/or packaging.

Once your return is received by our team, your refund or exchange will be processed (usually within 72 hours of receipt),. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

This delivery service is provided by Fastway and we aim to deliver within 7 business days.
If Fastway discover a breakage, they will not deliver the package and return it directly to us.

If the product is delivered in a damaged or tampered state please contact our orders department immediately (within 7 days of delivery). We will investigate the problem and resupply or refund damaged product:

Our Refund and Return Policy is offered on good faith, and we ask that it only be used in genuine cases where you have been unsatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a refund/return if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
