Theme: Only available for 6 weeks out of the year, these precious and delicious “black diamonds” can cost you a small fortune and our chef will take you through the process of caring and storing the truffle and how to reach maximum value of the product including oils, butters and infusions. You will get your hands dirty making and rolling out linguini pasta but before enjoying we lather with a generous shaving of fresh truffle!

Theme: In collaboration with a local dairy, chef will instruct you through the process of making haloumi and ricotta cheese which is easy for you to replicate at home! With veggies flourishing from the garden it sounds like the perfect match!

Theme: See a master at work whilst our chef demonstrates the art of whole animal butchery of local suckling pigs. Enforcing the nose to tail philosophy, you will get busy butchering and preparing different cuts of meat and receive the inside tips for perfecting the cooking processes.
