Margan Botrytis Semillon is the only natural Botrytis Semillon produced every year in the Hunter Valley. The famous varietal produces a unique style of sweet wine combining the luscious complex botrytis characters with the light citrus acidity of the whole semillon fruit making a wine that has richness without being overly sweet and cloying.
The answer to make an interesting Negroni is to use a drier style Vermouth and putting it with a less aromatic Gin. It’s been an interesting project as we have built this great Vermouth from the ground up. This is the only Hunter Valley Semillon Vermouth from the 2015 vintage on the market.
