Theme: With your knife at the ready, chef will guide you through the process of filleting, descaling and deboning a fish. You will learn the process of curing before watching the intricate detail behind plating a dish and then it’s yours to enjoy!

Theme: See a master at work whilst our chef demonstrates the art of whole animal butchery of our own Suffolk Lamb that are reared on the Estate. Enforcing the nose to tail philosophy, you will get busy butchering and preparing different cuts of meat and receive the inside tips for perfecting the cooking processes
