THE ULTIMATE MARGAN EXPERIENCE

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 10.45am

The ultimate day out for food and wine lovers! With a glass of sparkling in hand, take a behind the scenes tour of our 1 hectare organic kitchen garden, and into the winery where you’ll get a sneak preview of some wines still in barrel and tank. Enjoy our signature 5 course degustation lunch.

APERITIVO AT MARGAN

Friday and Saturday from 5-6.50pm

From 1st April 2022

After a full day of wine tasting in Broke, why not enjoy a classic Italian ‘happy hour” or as we call it – Aperitivo at Margan. Settle back with two house curated cocktails of your choice featuring our estate grown and made Vermouth. Think Margroni, Margantini and a couple of extras with a side morsel to pick at. Pick up some tips and take away recipe cards so you can recreate these at home. This twilight experience is a great way to wind the day down or warm up before dining at Margan Restaurant. On your next visit to the Hunter Valley, devote some time to exploring the subregion of Broke Fordwich, home to a community of wineries with an infectious passion for their little slice of paradise. Margan Wines is one of these stellar wineries, known for its award-winning wines, one-hatted Margan Restaurant and scenic views of the region. There’s a range of experiences for your visit, including monthly Cooking School sessions. Starting with a walk through the on-site kitchen garden, you’ll learn about the nose-to-tail philosophy before donning an apron to start your masterpiece. After all your hard work you get to relax with a three-course lunch, featuring your dishes alongside award-winning wine.
