Margan Wines & Restaurant reserves the right to change and amend club benefits, terms and conditions at any time. An updated terms and conditions statement will be provided to members in the event their benefits change.

All members are sent an email after joining with instructions on how to access their Member Portal on our website to manage their selections, delivery requirements and credit card details.

A person under the age of 18 years old cannot join, purchase or receive delivery on your behalf for any wine purchased through our clubs, reward programs or cellar door.

The following benefits are included by joining Any of our wine clubs or rewards programs. Margan Wines & Restaurant reserves the right to update these benefits and offer varying benefits at the discretion of the Wine Club Manager or Directors. 

Mates of Margan Club Benefits Include:

The club for those who love great wine and the convenience of receiving a winemaker’s selection across the year, delivered to their door.

·        You get six bottles, sent three times a year in February, June & September.

·        Latest releases & member favourite. You choose a white, red or mixed pack at $250 per pack.

The Club for those that want FIRST access to our New and Limited Release Wines selected from all our vineyards.

How To Access Benefits

You will automatically be granted your appropriate Club discount:-

·        when purchasing wine in the Cellar Door after providing your membership details

·        when ordering online through our wine store

·        when ordering from any of our offsite or onsite events

As a member you will also receive the first invites to our range of exclusive events. These invites will be sent to your nominated email address before release to other audiences, so you have first access for tickets to these sell out events. The email will include a link to book and pay for tickets.

You can book directly for our restaurant or cellar door by logging in through your online Member Portal on our website, by emailing reservations@margan.com.au or by giving our team a call on 02 6579 1372. Please be sure to advise the name your membership is under.

Your Wine Club Commitment and Terms

Wineclub Member Portal

We have a range of wine packs available to members. These include pre-selected packs or the ability to create a custom pack. By visiting our website and logging in to your member portal you will be able to customise and update your selection.

You will remain a Wine Club member in perpetuity until you choose to cancel, or until you no longer meet the necessary minimum purchase to retain your membership. If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscriptionyou will need to contact our team in writing at wineclub@margan.com.au.

Wine Club discounts are only valid while the named Club Member/s are present. This discount can be extended to a spouse or partner without you being present, no other person is permitted to use your membership. The details of this spouse/partner must first be communicated to the Wine Club Manager via wineclub@margan.com.au with details of their visit on your behalf.

Credit card Payments

All Wineclub members must provide a valid credit card to be safely stored with our payment gateway STRIPE. You can update the card details, expiry and CCV in your member portal or you can contact us by phone to update for you. Please check with your bank that your card can be charged through a payment gateway. All purchases made online or through the club pack run will be made via the stored card details.

If in the event we cannot take payment, you will be advised via email and no wine will be forwarded until full payment is made.

Lock Dates

An email will be sent 10 days before the Portal access is temporarily locked for billing. In this email you will be advised to check your selection and update your details. You are also advised of the Lock date and billing date. If we do not receive updated requests by the lock date nominated in the email, you will be dispatched your most recent selection. 

Margan reserves the right to suspend member benefits or cancel membership in the event you fail to meet your club commitment or you fail to comply with these listed terms.

Wine Delivery, Damage & Returns

Delivery Commitments

Wine Club delivery will occur within 7 days of payment being successfully charged. All deliveries are either sent with:-

·        Aramex

·        Australia Post

If you have a preference of carrier or wish to pick up your wine instead please email us atwineclub@margan.com.auand we will update your delivery instructions to accommodate this.  Please note however, that delivery times are subject to the delivery location.

Purchases made through our online store or at our cellar door do not replace the commitment to your wine club subscription.

If you will be away or for some reason will not be able to accept delivery of your pack you can opt to skip through your portal. You may only skip once per year. If you require more than this, have specific delivery instructions or dates - please contactwineclub@margan.com.auto discuss what you need before the lock date.

It is your responsibility to ensure your contact, delivery address and instructions are current and correct. You can update your member details through your member portal or by emailingwineclub@margan.com.au.

You contact our team directly at wineclub@margan.com.au if you do not receive your order after 10 days. Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, we will certainly do our best.

If delivery instructions haven’t been provided and you aren’t present to receive your order and the carrier does not deem the location suitable to leave your delivery, then a calling card will be left and/or an email sent with a phone number to call within seven days to arrange a re-delivery or collection.

Margan is not responsible for goods that are left unattended at your request, or goods that remain unclaimed because of failing to contact the carrier.

If you receive a case of wine with one or more broken bottles, or if we receive notification from the carrier of the same, we will issue replacement bottles at our discretion. If the carrier has not advised responsibility before, or at delivery, we require photographic evidence within 48 hours of the delivery date, as a condition of refund or replacement.

If you receive an incorrect order please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the wine to be collected and issue a replacement order immediately.

We accept no responsibility for wine delivered to an old or incorrect address. Please ensure you notify us of any changes to delivery, postal and email address. Any charges associated with redirecting your delivery through our courier may be passed onto you.

Cancellation of Membership

All cancellations for wine clubs or rewards program must be in writing emailed towineclub@margan.com.au. This ensures that both our members and Margan have evidence of cancellation.
