In the spirit of winter and wine our much-anticipated Truffle Degustation menu is now available Friday, Saturday and Sundays until at least Sunday 8th August with the truffle season in full flight. Experience five courses of truffle decadence and book Saturday lunch or dinner and receive complimentary transfers within the local area, Pokolbin to Singleton.

Truffle Kerfuffle Cooking School

Join Margan Head Chef Joey Ingram for the ultimate foodie experience with a truffle cooking school and 5-course Truffle Degustation lunch on Saturday 8th August. Learn how to care for and store truffles as well as prepare truffle-infused honey, truffle veal jus, and truffle butter to take home. The ultimate truffle day out.
