Margan Wines and Restaurant offers a distinctive setting to celebrate life’s special moments, whether intimate or large-scale. Set in the Broke Fordwich wine region of the Hunter Valley, our family-owned estate has been producing single vineyard wines since 1996 and is home to our iconic rammed earth restaurant, cellar door and barrel room overlooking the vineyards and Brokenback Range. Celebrations at Margan are shaped by our estate-grown philosophy, combining thoughtful hospitality, seasonal farm-to-table dining and premium wines produced on-site, all within a working vineyard and regenerative farm setting.
Our team works closely with you to create a bespoke experience from start to finish. Say ‘I do’ on the lawn overlooking the vines, enjoy sunset drinks and canapés, dine in the restaurant or barrel room, and farewell your guests beneath the stars in the courtyard. With a range of picturesque indoor and outdoor spaces, seasonal menus driven by our kitchen garden and orchard, and guidance from our experienced events team, each celebration at Margan is carefully considered, personal and memorable.
