2021 Saxonvale Cabernet Sauvignon
The last pick of the 2021 harvest, which dragged on longer than most. This vineyard is mercurial in nature, due to the difficulty in getting Cabernet ripe in the Hunter Valley. Planted on deep red volcanic loam, perched high with a western aspect, this own rooted single-block has had a run of good years.
