2025 BC4 Shiraz
The BC4 is back! Part of our clonal project at Timbervines, where we grafted over several of our 1960's-planted Shiraz vineyard to various clones of Shiraz taken from old-vine vineyards in Pokolbin. This particular block shows a core of fruit that has generosity and structure, even as a young wine.
Timbervines Vineyard
Timbervines was purchased by Lisa and Andrew in 2005. It has 30 ha of mature vines, including our 'old clones' that we have grafted over the last decade. This vineyard includes our Francis John Margan block, our BC4 Shiraz block, our Tempranillo Graciano Shiraz field blend and some of our best Shiraz.
